Overmark ("the app") is published by Goanga.ro. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Overmark does not collect, store on our servers, share, or sell any personal data. The app does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not include analytics or tracking.
Any information you enter into the app stays on your device. It is not sent to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app removes this data.
Overmark uses your device's GPS location only on your device, to measure your speed while tracking is armed. This includes when the screen is off: while tracking is armed, the phone keeps listening for GPS so the app can warn you if you stay over your limit. Your location is never stored, sent, or shared with us or anyone else.
If the screen is off and your speed is over the limit you set, Overmark posts a notification. On Android, this notification is visible on the lock screen. Notifications are created on your device and contain no data sent from or to any server. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
Overmark is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
